I really love the message this stamp is trying to portray, and support it whole-heartedly. I also love how you explain what each of the ribbons stand for in your description. The animation is smooth and effective - I like how the ribbons bounce back and forth across the screen - and the border you've chosen for the stamp is very effective.

One thing I am going to say is that I feel the animation is a tad fast. It's not a serious issue, and I'm probably being pedantic, but I think it'll be a tad nicer on the eyes if you slow the animation down by perhaps one-tenth of a second (0.1s). Another thing is the background; some of the stamps are very hard to make out against the light grey. Then again, most colours on a palette are likely to clash with at least one of the ribbons. Maybe a rainbow background with a black border? I'm not sure if it'll work, but it's the only suggestion I can come up with.

Overall, this is a very nice stamp. Sorry if I'm being a bit harsh; I do love your work really.
